 Rally taken out under 'Sambhav Abhiyan'

Saharanpur: Under the ' Sambhav Abhiyan', a rally was organized in the supervision of District Magistrate, MLA Rajeev Gumber and Chief Development Officer.  The rally proceeded from the Collectorate to Vikas Bhawan raising slogans.  After that the rally went back to the Labor Colony where it ended.  The rally was led by District Program Officer Asha Tripathi, Child Development Project Officer Sunita Chaudhary, Rekha Kaushik, Kamar Jahan, Kusum Lata, Surekha and others.

 District Program Officer Asha Tripathi said, " An attempt was made to create an atmosphere through the rally, which would give a new direction and condition to the possible campaign.  Sambhav Abhiyan is a systematic program of 4 months which is organized under the Nutrition Campaign on the instructions of the government.  Under this campaign, the target is that no child should be a victim of malnutrition or the child who is a victim of malnutrition can be brought back to normal condition through awareness and coordination with the health department.  All Anganwadi workers have been trained for this." 

  She added, "All those children will be re-monitored in the month of September and it will be reviewed as to how many children out of the total number of very serious children have come under normal condition.  This review will be done at the government level.  The review will be online and feeding of all the children is to be done online, with the help of the health department and ICDS, it is mandatory to register all the identified children on the E Kavach portal".
