NUJ District Executive ( UP) formed

 Saharanpur: As per the instructions of National President Rash Bihari and State President Virendra Saxena, the meeting of National Union of Journalists (India) was organized at the District office . The District Executive was formed unanimously in the meeting.  Roshan Lal Saini was elected District President, Dr. Ramkumar Pundir as District General Secretary, Anil Kataria as treasurer and Amit Gupta was given the responsibility of district spokesperson.

 Newly appointed District President Roshan Lal Saini said, "At present there is a need for all journalist to be united so that the plans of the organization and the interests of journalists can be accelerated. NUJ UP will make every possible effort up to the government level to resolve the problems of journalists. The aim of organization is to solve every small and big problem of the journalists, and to always stand with their families when needed."

District General Secretary Dr. Ramkumar Pundir said, "National Union of Journalists India is the only organization which is affiliated with the International Union of Journalists. This organization has not only been raising the voice of the interests of journalists but has also taken issues of public interest to the government.  The special thing is that the national president of the organization, Honorable Rash Bihari and two national officials are senior members of the Press Council of India.  Whereas National General Secretary Shri K.P.  Malik is the political editor of the national newspaper.  Who has given the responsibility of NUJ India in Saharanpur district."

 In the meeting, District President Roshan Lal Saini along with Deoband Tehsil President also announced the General Secretary and Treasurer and other officials.  Ashwani Garg was appointed Tehsil President, General Secretary Asif Sagar and Nandish Bhardwaj as Treasurer.  During the meeting, Amit Gupta, Khurshid Ahmed, Saraj Malik, Bharat Garg, Abrar Ahmed, Akshay Saini, Dipanshu Gupta, Shamim Ahmed, Shahzad Bablu, Abrar Ahmed, Nandish Bhardwaj, Ashwani Garg, Sudhir Bhardwaj, Vijayant Saini, Mahtab Azad, Asif  Sagar, Farman Qureshi, Jahangir Khan, Ankit Tayal etc. were present.
