 Mayor and Municipal Commissioner inaugurate the stall of Natural Gulal 

Saharanpur. Mayor Dr. Ajay Kumar and Municipal Commissioner Sanjay Chauhan on Friday inaugurated the stall of natural gulal in Municipal Corporation permisis for public.The Gulal was prepared from cow dung in Shri Kanha Upvan Gaushala.

Mayor Dr. Ajay Kumar and Municipal Commissioner Sanjay Chauhan, on behalf of the Municipal Corporation, sent packets of Gulal to  President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Governor of Uttar Pradesh Anandiben Patel, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brijesh Pathak, Urban Development Minister AK Sharma, District In-charge Minister Sunil Sharma, Minister of State for Urban Development Rakesh Rathore Guru and many other politicians for Holi festival.

While inaugurating the stall Mayor Dr. Ajay Kumar said,  "The holy festival of Holi is a part of our ancient culture and cow is the basis of our culture.  If we use gulaal made from cow dung in Holi festival, then we directly connect with our ancient culture."  The Mayor expressed his happiness and appealed to the people to use natural gulaal made from cow dung instead of chemical colours on Holi festival this year.

Kanha Gaushala in-charge Dr. Sandeep Mishra. Dr. Mishra informed "Gulaal made from cow dung is completely free from chemicals. It has been prepared from cow dung powder, arrowroot, perfume, fruit colours and spinach and beetroot etc."
