Gulal to be sent to Pm Modi and Cm Yogi 

Saharanpur. Kanha Upvan Gaushala,run by the Municipal Corporation, has prepared "natural cow dung gulal" from cow dung to make the Holi festival more pleasant. Kanha Upvan Gaushala of Saharanpur is the first Gaushala in the state which has made gulal from cow dung. This gulal made from cow dung will also be sent to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the state's Urban Development Minister AK Sharma to play Holi.

 Municipal Commissioner Sanjay Chauhan on Saturday reached the Gaushala with the Municipal officials and inspected the process of making gulal and gave necessary instructions. Sanjay Chauhan said, "Shri Shakumbhari Kanha Upvan Gaushala, run by the Municipal Corporation, is ISO certified and is known for its innovations in the country and state to become self-reliant. Apart from making many products from cow dung, after making eco-friendly paint, now Kanha Gaushala has prepared gulal from cow dung.The gulal made from cow dung will also be sent to the respected Prime Minister, Chief Minister and Urban Development Minister to play Holi."

Senior In-charge Construction of Gaushala BK Singh said, "The gulal which is being prepared from cow dung by the Gaushala, cow dung powder, arrowroot, perfume, fruit colors and beetroot, spinach and turmeric etc. are being used in it. There is no chemical in it. This is a natural gulal of high quality. "Natural cow dung gulal" is being made in four colors pink, green, yellow and blue.This gulal will be available in packets of 100 grams, 250 grams and 500 grams."
